These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Reshard Studios LLC, a limited liability company based in Arizona, United States. They cover the Battlefeud service: the website at battlefeud.com, the Battlefeud mobile apps, and the Battlefeud TV app (together, “the Service”). By using the Service you accept these terms. If you do not agree to them, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf and supervise your use of the Service.
Battlefeud is a party trivia game. You can join a game anonymously with a game code, or create an account (via Google or Facebook sign-in) to host games and submit topics. A paid Pro subscription unlocks additional features, such as custom question sets.
You own the topics and question sets you submit. By submitting them, you grant Reshard Studios LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host them, process them (including through the third-party AI services described in our Privacy Policy), display the results to other players, and use them to operate and improve the Service.
You are responsible for what you submit. Do not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, or abusive, and do not attempt to disrupt games or abuse the systems that run the Service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate this section.
Questions and ranked answers in Battlefeud are generated by artificial intelligence from submitted topics. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or objectionable, and answer rankings are not guaranteed to be correct. Game content is provided for entertainment, as-is.
Pro is billed annually through Stripe and renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your profile: cancellation stops the next renewal, and you keep Pro access until the end of the period you paid for. We do not offer refunds except where the law requires them. When a subscription ends, your custom question sets remain viewable, but creating or editing sets and adding them to new games requires an active subscription.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time, and you may request deletion of your account by emailing support@battlefeud.com.
The Service is provided as-is and as-available. It is under active development: features may change, break, or be discontinued, and we do not promise the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of Reshard Studios LLC for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, and any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Arizona.
When we change these terms, we will update the date at the top. If a change is material, we will announce it in the Service before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
