Delete Your Data

How to request deletion

Email support@battlefeud.com with the subject “Delete my data”. Send it from the email address on the account you signed in with, so we can identify the right account. We fulfill deletion requests manually, confirm when the deletion is done, and respond within 30 days.

If you signed in with a provider that did not share an email address, you won’t have one to send from — let us know the display name on your account and roughly when you last played, and we’ll use that to find it.

What deletion removes

• Your account, including the name, email address, and profile picture we received from the sign-in provider you used.
• The connection between your Battlefeud account and that sign-in provider.
• Your game content, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Your active sessions, which end immediately.

Removing Battlefeud's access instead

Removing Battlefeud from your Google or Facebook account settings stops that provider from sharing further information with us, but it does not delete the account or data we already hold. Email us using the instructions above to do that.
